To play squash with us, please contact us on Whatsapp on +6281283614368. We are a club of intermediate-standard players playing in South Jakarta (Kemang) twice per week, Monday and Thursday evenings, all year round. There are currently players of 10 different nationalities.
The Jakarta Round Robin Squash Trophy started in 2013 at around the time the long-running Jakarta Squash League came to an end. We play 2 seasons per year, season 1 from Jan-May and season 2 from August-November. Currently (2019) we have just finished season 14, and the winner was Erik from the Netherlands..

History of squash in Jakarta
Squash has been played in Jakarta since the 1960s. During the squash boom of the following decades, many courts were built in the city and expatriates from oil companies provided the backbone of the squash community. IPC (the International Petroleum Club) was set up for managers at Shell and became the first squash club in Jakarta, playing at courts at their premises near Monas.
In 1987, the SODS club at Club 25 Kemang was founded, and the Jakarta Squash League (JSL) started. Other notable clubs included ISCI, which still has its courts, Lebak Bulus, which was demolished to make way for the MRT in 2015, Gelora Bung Karno (beneath the football stadium at Senayan) which were the national courts, demolished in 2016 for the 2018 Asian games. There were 6 players from the world top 50 playing at the Asian games, making it the highest quality tournament to have been held in the city. It was won by Leo Au from Hong Kong. The legacy of the Games is the new squash building opposite the Mulia hotel, which has 4 professional standard courts with air conditioning.
